From Horsebox to Double Set-Up Dream – What a Year It’s Been!
Last month, we celebrated our first birthday — and what a ride it’s been! It feels like just yesterday we were slinging our very first pizzas out of a humble little horse box on a quiet campsite. Fast forward 12 months, and Maggie & Mo’s has grown into something we only dared dream about.

What started as a simple idea (fuelled by a love of great food, fresh air, and good vibes) has now become a fully-fledged pizza operation — complete with a beautiful vintage Airstream, a fantastic team of staff, and not just one, but two full pizza set-ups ready to roll to events across the region!
We’ve been lucky enough to serve at weddings, festivals, parties, markets — you name it — meeting brilliant people and watching pizza bring smiles to faces everywhere we go. It’s cheesy, but true: we’re just getting started.

So what’s next for Year Two?
More events: We’re taking Maggie & Mo’s further afield, popping up at more venues, and getting involved in even more weddings, festivals, and foodie gatherings.
Creative menus: Expect new seasonal specials, more veggie + vegan delights, and maybe even a dessert pizza or two (watch this space ).
Team growth: As we expand, we’re investing in our brilliant team – the heart and soul of what we do.
More celebrations: Because if Year One taught us anything, it’s that pizza and parties are the perfect combo.
To everyone who’s cheered us on, booked us, eaten with us, or shared a slice — thank you from the bottom of our doughy hearts. You’ve helped turn a little pizza dream into a real-deal, fire-fired adventure.
